Term:
Battery Interactive's 2008 Holiday Office Party Photo Contest begins December 15th, 2008 and ends January 9th, 2009 at 11:59pm Eastern Standard Time (EST). By submitting an entry, each contestant agrees to the rules of the contest and states that they are 18 years of age and older.

Who may enter:
Anyone who is 18 years of age and over—except for individuals affiliated with Battery Interactive, including employees, interns, volunteers, and their immediate families (children, siblings and spouses) and others living in their households.

What to enter:
Your funniest Holiday Office Party Photo from your companies Office Party.

How to enter:
Please submit photographs on-line through our Web site at http://www.batteryinteractive.com/holiday-contest. We will not accept photographs submitted through the mail.

High-quality scans of non-digital photographs are acceptable. Digital photographs should be taken at the highest resolution possible. Use the on-line entry form on our Web site. Complete a separate form for each photo submitted. Photographs must be in a .jpeg, .jpg or .gif format. Files submitted may not be larger than 20MB.

Entry deadline:
All entries must be received by 11:59pm Eastern Time, January 9th, 2009.

Judging:
Judging will be conducted by the Battery Interactive team. Decisions of the judges will be final. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received in the contest.

The winner will be notified by phone on or around January 16th, 2009.

The contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Battery Interactive reserves the right to cancel the contest or modify these rules at its discretion. Decisions of Battery Interactive will be final. Being a current client of Battery Interactive does not increase your chances of winning.

Prize:
Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a check for One Thousand Dollars ($1,000).

Winners will be responsible for paying any taxes they may owe on the prize.
